WELCOME
BACHEFM is the UK’s only community for soft facilities management professionals in Higher Education. We are dedicated to supporting operational excellence, workforce wellbeing and ensuring the everyday environments experienced by students and staff are clean, sustainable, and cared for by a valued, well-supported workforce.
At our heart, we are a collaborative community – connecting colleagues, sharing best practice, and empowering each other to achieve excellence in everything we do.
BACHEFM 2026 will be held at Harper Adams University, look at the annual conference page for more info!
