- Advancing the Association as a leading forum for cleaning and facilities services
- Implementing BACHEFM Aims and Objectives in line with sector practice and innovative trends to support members.
- Reporting and representing members influencing industry charge.

- Grow Membership – Encourage all universities to join through existing networks.
- Industry Influence – Partner with other sector leading associations to share best practices and drive innovation.
- Training & Development – Provide relevant training through key industry partnerships.
- Members Area – Develop the portal for continuous access to relevant data and information. To offer answers and solutions to local challenges (including webinars and access to communication networks)
- Annual Conference – Host an engaging event focused on celebrating success (including awards ceremony), sharing best practices, learning and networking.
